Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to ship it back to us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in: unworn and unused. You’ll also need the receipt and/or proof of purchase.

To begin the return process, contact us at hello@boosdoor.com with your receipt and your reason for return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping and handling fees of all returns or exchanges. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged return packages.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will then evaluate the situation and correct the issue if need be.
