Shipping policy

We currently ship to US only.

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping on US orders $60 or more will be automatically applied upon checkout. Discount codes cannot be combined. Upon order confirmation, all orders will be processed in 2-3 business days (excluding holidays). 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification including a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for this information to become available. 

All orders are shipped via USPS. Once the order is dropped off, any delays or incidents are out of our hands. If you haven't received your order within 14 days of shipping confirmation, please reach out to us at hello@boosdoor.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you! 

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at hello@boosdoor.com. 

In the event an incorrect address is entered when purchasing a product and the associated shipping label is scanned by USPS for shipment, the client will be responsible for any cost for generating a new shipping label to the correct shipping address.

Boo's Door is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
